Start Mail on your home screen.

If you’re away from your computer or prefer to avoid iTunes, you can still request a refund from any web browser.
- Go to the Apple Incident Report page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Enter your Apple ID username (usually your email address) and your password.
- Select the appropriate tab: all, songs, movies, TV shows, apps, or books.
- On the right side of the purchase for which you’d like a refund, select Report a problem.
- Click on “Select a problem” and choose your problem from the menu.

Apple should know within a few days or up to a week if your refund request has been approved.
Get a refund on iTunes on your Mac or Windows
- Start iTunes on your Mac or Windows PC.
- Click the account.
- Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
- In your purchase history, click Preview All.
- Click More next to the app for which you’d like a refund. If you do not see the app you want, you should select your date range from the drop-down lists under Purchase history.
- Click Report a problem if it appears under the application name.
